Senior to Associate Building Services Engineer

Overview

In this role, you will join a respected, international real estate consultancy as a Multidisciplinary Building Services Engineer. You’ll visit sites across the Midlands and East Anglia to support refurbishments, surveys, and reporting for commercial and industrial properties. You will deliver dilapidations, technical due diligence, and PPM/Capex reports, while providing technical guidance to projects. This is a client-facing role that combines engineering expertise with strong communication and reporting outcomes.

Key requirements

• CIBSE qualification or related degree (equivalent)
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems, air conditioning, ventilation and chilled water systems
