Overview
In EY Studio+ UK, you will help shape client outcomes by leading multi-disciplinary teams on transformation and service design projects. You’ll work closely with clients to understand needs, map journeys, and turn insights into implementable solutions. The role combines rigorous analysis with collaborative storytelling to drive value and scale impact for clients and EY Studio+. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, open environment that values curiosity, iteration, and human-centered problem solving.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans and stakeholder updates to identify key outcomes and navigate scope changes
- Lead project teams to deliver against agreed milestones and client expectations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to extend EY Studio+’s presence and value
- Identify trends and opportunities from market and sector developments to enhance service delivery
- Serve as a primary client/team contact, communicating future trends and owning client relationships
- Create engaging presentations and translate data into practical insights for decision-making
- Integrate data insights with sound judgment to address potential issues and opportunities
- Share technical, sector, and market knowledge to influence client thinking
Key requirements
- Demonstrable client-facing experience with structured problem-solving in business analysis or optimisation
- Portfolio of projects with practical application of business analysis and transformation to organisational challenges
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and articulate customer or business problems clearly
- Strong communication skills, storytelling, and ability to present to diverse audiences
- Experience gathering requirements, data analysis, process mapping, and data visualization
- Self-starter with explorative mindset and comfort working in complex environments
- Leadership or project team management experience (<4 resources) and some budget oversight
