Analyst, Product Management & Investor Relations, Systematic Credit

Overview

In this role, you will support the Product Management & Investor Relations team in London, helping translate data and market insights into compelling client materials. You will work closely with engineering and other cross-functional partners to produce portfolio reporting, respond to investor requests, and enhance reporting capabilities. The position emphasizes accuracy, clear communication, and scalable processes in a growing systematic credit business. You will play a key part in shaping materials for clients and consultants while staying aligned with evolving market conditions. Responsibilities

• Conduct client communications and respond to investor inquiries
• Prepare and maintain portfolio and marketing reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Develop and refine client-facing materials (presentations, fund updates, marketing collateral)
• Identify efficiencies to improve data collection, organization, and reporting processes
• Support strategy delivery and product insights for clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, portfolio management, research, marketing, compliance, risk)
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across client and marketing materials
• Assist in meeting preparation and customization of materials for client engagement
• Maintain qualitative and quantitative content for consultant databases and RFPs
• Tailor materials to reflect market conditions and client needs

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or finance (preferred)
• Experience in financial industry (fixed income or credit) or tech industry (Python)
• Familiarity with Python, Microsoft Office, Co-Pilot, and Chat GPT
• Strong writing and editing; ability to translate complex information clearly
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Independent work style with initiative
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication; effective across all levels
• Interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
