Overview
In this role you support the European Credit Group by driving investor relations, fund reporting, and client materials to strengthen fundraising and communications with investors. You will collaborate with internal experts across Portfolio Management, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and HR to deliver accurate, timely information. The position offers exposure to reporting cycles, due diligence, and marketing materials development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll contribute to the firm’s mission of client-focused, data-driven insights and scalable investor communications.
Responsibilities
- Produce monthly and quarterly investor reports for commingled funds and separate accounts
- Create and revise marketing and client materials for funds and co-investments
- Gather and update market and fund data within existing materials on a quarterly or ad hoc basis
- Respond to investor information requests, including audits, financials, and fees, coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Compliance
- Manage responses to investor questionnaires and due diligence requests
- Build and maintain accurate client data (wire instructions, authorized signatories) and update market/competitor metrics
- Interface with internal subject matter experts to provide information on firm strategies to clients
- Take on ad hoc projects and support teammates to meet deadlines
Key requirements
- 2–3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to research, analyze, and resolve problems
- Self-starter with multi-tasking and deadline management
- Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of financial accounting and quantitative analysis
