12-Month Plant Controller | Manufacturing Finance Leader

EnerSys is seeking a Financial Controller for the Newport plant on a 12‑month maternity cover. You will lead the plant’s financial performance, drive forecasting and budgeting, and ensure robust governance and control environments.

Responsibilities include month‑end close, cost analysis, and collaboration with the UK Financial Controller to reflect plant outcomes in reports and plans. Strong ERP/SAP experience and accounting qualifications are required.
