Overview
In this full-time Team Manager role, you lead the Children in Care Teams within the Through Care Service in Bristol, supporting five social workers, two family support workers, and an administrator. You drive service development and cross-team collaboration, guided by a signs-of-safety, systemic practice approach. The role balances office-based leadership with opportunities to shape projects that improve outcomes for children in care and care leavers. You will work to strengthen children’s networks and support safe plans to return home when appropriate.

Responsibilities
- Support and supervise the team (five social workers, two family support workers, and an administrator)
