Strategic FP&A Analyst (Hybrid) – Build Forecasts & Models

Confidential Search in London is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join a fast-growing fintech finance team. You will own the monthly operating model, sharpen forecasting, and support board and budget reporting relied upon by senior leadership.

You will translate business developments into model inputs, bridge the gap between finance numbers and the business view, and apply AI tools to speed up analysis. Hybrid working 2–3 days in the office.
