You’ll learn our value-led sales approach, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to market growth and retention. You’ll receive structured onboarding and coaching to develop commercial skills in a fast-scaling fintech startup. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential customers in territory through outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings
  • Meet business owners to understand needs and propose relevant Teya products and solutions
  • Learn and apply Teya’s value-led sales methodology to win new business and hit targets
  • Develop positive, long-term customer relationships to support growth and retention
  • Gain product knowledge through structured training and share field insights to improve products and customer experience
  • Represent Teya as a credible, values-led ambassador within territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market penetration and customer success
  • Maintain high activity levels and effective time management to meet objectives
