Overview
In this global, strategic role you own the R&D Lab Services category across instrument services and laboratory technology, shaping global sourcing strategy. You influence senior stakeholders and drive value in quality, service, innovation, and cost. You lead complex negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance improvements across multi-country operations. The role offers autonomy to shape strategy, with exposure to senior leaders and a meaningful impact on how laboratory services are delivered worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Own global sourcing strategy for instrument services, lab services and related technology
- Lead complex supplier negotiations and contract management
- Partner with senior R&D and Supply Chain leaders to align procurement with business priorities
- Drive supplier performance, leverage scale, and pursue continuous improvement opportunities
- Navigate multi-country environments with strong stakeholder engagement and cultural awareness
Key requirements
- Strong procurement/category management experience in laboratory or technical services
- Proven track record in leading complex negotiations and delivering strategic value
- Confident stakeholder manager with experience engaging senior leaders
- Strong analytical mindset with a commercial, value-focused approach
- Degree-qualified (Master’s advantageous)
