Overview
In this role you act as the central RFIC design expert shaping future 5G transceiver products. You own key RFIC circuits and sub-systems across the full lifecycle, from specification to production, influencing design choices and performance. You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team in Reading, with clear paths to leadership. Responsibilities
- own key RFIC circuits and sub-systems

Key requirements
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering field
- at least ten years of RF IC development experience
