Salary: £13.45 per hour Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours perweek)   Shifts:7:00am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–10:00pm, plus sleep-in shifts starting at10:00pm Driving LicenceRequired: Full UK Manual

Your Role as aSupport Worker

Yourresponsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with daily routines such as cooking, personalcare, and household tasks
  • Encouragingparticipation in hobbies and community activities
  • Promoting independence and building confidence
  • Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individualneeds
  • Maintaining accurate records andcommunicating effectively with the wider team
  • Driving mobility vehicles to support individuals withoutings and appointments
