Clinical Lead GP: Lead a Diverse Practice, Up to £120k

Portland Medical Centre in South Norwood is seeking a Clinical Lead GP to head the clinical team at a busy practice serving around 15,000 patients. You will oversee triage, rota management and capacity planning, with protected leadership time and a strong clinical voice.

The role offers up to £120,000 FTE plus a Golden Hello (£3-5k), NHS Pension, six weeks of annual leave and study leave, and support to become a GP trainer. GMC registration and NHS list inclusion are essential.
