IT Support Lead – Apple & AI Service Desk Champion

Beggars is seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to own IT support delivery across the business from our London office. You will lead the service desk, manage two IT engineers, and ensure onboarding, offboarding, device management, and user support meet high standards.

You’ll work with Apple devices, JAMF, and explore AI-driven improvements to service quality. You’ll be highly present with users, visit UK label offices every three weeks, and partner with stakeholders to modernise IT operations.
