Senior Scrum Master II – Hybrid (Swindon/London)

Edenred PayTech is seeking a Scrum Master II to support two teams in a hybrid role based in Swindon or London. This position focuses on enabling Scrum practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with Product Owner and Product Manager to deliver value, champion agile disciplines, and coach teams across the organisation in Kanban and SAFe-inspired approaches.
