Overview

In this role you will join a Legal 500-recognised firm in North London to handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in a supportive, collaborative culture that promotes internal progression. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases)
• Handle transfers of equity and remortgages
• Work on Help to Buy, new build, and plot sales
• Support higher-value and HNW matters
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-focused, supportive environment

Key requirements

• 1-3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident with both freehold and leasehold matters
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with care and professionalism
