Senior Residential Conveyancer

Overview

In this role you will handle complex, high-value residential property cases and support colleagues in a dynamic Manchester City Centre team. You will contribute to the firm’s reputation by delivering quality conveyancing work across a broad client base. The position involves managing volume caseloads and, ideally, mentoring junior and mid-level staff. This is an opportunity to shape outcomes on challenging transactions within a specialist practice.

Key requirements

• 5PQE+ (plus equivalent experience)
• experience across complex residential matters
• ability to manage junior and mid-level staff (desirable)
• experience with volume caseloads (advantage)
• CLC-Qualified Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor (open to all)
• resident in or willing to work in Manchester
