Bilingual SMB CSM – Europe (German/French/Spanish)

Hiya is seeking an experienced Customer Success/Account Manager to own a portfolio of 300+ SMB accounts across the UK and Europe. You will drive renewals and expansions while coordinating with Sales, Product and Support.

Fluency in German, French or Spanish in addition to English is valued as you manage European accounts and perform proactive churn prevention, all while balancing scale and personalised engagement.
