Cluster HR Manager – Hospitality People & Talent Leader

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Cluster HR Manager to lead people-focused initiatives across Copthorne Slough and Copthorne Gatwick, supporting two hotels with employee experience from onboarding through development and retention.

You will partner with Senior Managers, manage ER cases, recruitment, engagement and wellbeing programs, and work with central HR to drive talent reviews and succession plans in a matrix structure.
