Equity & Reward Tax Manager – Hybrid (Big 4)

PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED is partnering with a leading Big 4 firm to recruit an Equity Reward Manager. The role is based in London/UK-wide with hybrid work arrangements and high visibility across executive reward projects.

You will design equity and cash incentive plans, advise on tax and remuneration implications, and drive client relationships, business development and junior staff development within a growing rewards practice.
