In this role you will join a Swansea-based private client team to manage a broad caseload and provide clear, empathetic advice to individuals and families. Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of private client matters (wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, LPAs, inheritance tax planning, trusts)
- Provide clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients
- Handle matters from instruction through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Contribute to business development and growth of the department
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Experience handling private client matters independently
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs, and estate administration
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- STEP qualification or working towards STEP advantageous but not essential
