COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FEE EARNER, 3+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE, LIVERPOOL – Take the Next Step in Your Commercial Property Career with a Growing Liverpool Practice
n An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join an established law firm in Liverpool City Centre.
n You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, working within a busy property department and providing a high standard of service to clients. There is also scope for the successful candidate to develop their own client following and generate new business.
n The Role
n You will handle property transactions from instruction through to completion, with responsibilities including:
n Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property mattersn Providing quotations and advising clients on anticipated costs, including legal fees and SDLTn Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, transfer deeds and other property documentationn Conducting searches and reporting to clients and lendersn Liaising with other parties, mortgage lenders and professional contactsn Preparing reports on title, financial statements and SDLT/LTT formsn Dealing with completions and post-completion requirementsn Progressing transactions efficiently and working to deadlinesn Identifying opportunities to develop client relationships and generate new work
n The Candidate
n Applications are sought from Commercial Property Fee Earners with a minimum of 3 years' recent experience in commercial conveyancing.
n You will have:
n Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactionsn Experience managing your own caseload from instruction through to completionn Excellent organisational and time management skillsn Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesn The confidence to work independently and use your own initiativen A client-focused approach and the ability to work to deadlinesn An interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business development
