Overview
As a Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will drive cost management for Power sector projects, partnering with clients and contractor teams to meet objectives. You’ll administer contracts, monitor and forecast costs, and manage cash flow within governance frameworks. By focusing on variance control and value engineering, you help keep projects on budget and on track. This Consulting role offers hybrid working, growth opportunities, and exposure to high-profile clients across Distribution, Transmission and Renewables.

Responsibilities
- Administer a variety of contracts in line with project objectives and policies
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
- Proactively monitor cost variance and contract cash flow and ensure timely applications
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance and value engineering
- Manage contract change within governance and best practices
- Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy
Key requirements
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
- Ideally hold or be working towards professional body membership or equivalent
- Contract Management experience with NEC3, Option C or NEC4 preferred
