Student Wellbeing & Attendance Officer

The Blue Coat School Oldham is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Team member on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027. The role focuses on promoting wellbeing and attendance, liaising with parents, staff and students, and delivering high-quality pastoral care within an experienced team.

You will work closely with Directors of Learning and the Senior Leadership Team, handling confidential information with integrity and building positive relationships with young people and adults alike.
