Essex County Council is seeking a Social Worker for the Kinship Assessment Team in Chelmsford. This permanent, full-time role involves conducting viability and full kinship assessments for prospective kinship carers, with court and fostering panel involvement as needed.
You will assess families, deliver preparation training, and work across county to support children remaining with their extended families. A flexible, field-based role with monthly supervision is offered.
