About the Role
We are recruiting experienced NMC-registered Registered General Nurses (Adult) across the UK to join our nationwide team of Functional Assessors. You’ll receive comprehensive training, so no previous Functional Assessor experience is needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments using a structured, evidence-based clinical model
- Review medical evidence and claimant documentation
- Produce comprehensive, high-quality clinical reports
- Maintain NMC professional standards and uphold best practice
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team

To be eligible, you must:
- Be an NMC-registered Adult Nurse (RGN)
- Have at least 1 year of post-registration nursing experience in the UK
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Be confident using digital systems in a hybrid working environment
