Group Accounting Manager – Balance Sheet & IFRS Lead (Hybrid)

Bellrock is seeking a Group Accounting Manager in Leicester with hybrid working. You will lead the Group Management Accounting team and be responsible for the balance sheet of Bellrock Group and its subsidiaries. You will own the month end close, ensure controls, and drive improvements across processes.

The role requires qualified accounting credentials (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or significant finance experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage stakeholders and coach junior staff.
