Senior Financial Controller & Finance Team Leader

Kirkland Associates is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage day-to-day financial operations and lead a growing finance team. The role reports to the Director of Finance and focuses on strong controls, accurate reporting, and strategic decision support.

The successful candidate will oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, drive the close processes, variance analysis, and partner with leadership to enhance planning and forecasting.
