Hands-On Financial Controller: Payroll & Systems Transformation

Future Directions CIC is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to manage month-end close, payroll, and financial systems modernization. You will lead the finance and payroll teams, develop staff, and deliver clearer financial insights to managers.

You will work closely with the Director of Finance to guide financial control, reporting, and system improvements during a period of transformation, with a strong emphasis on compliance and operational impact.
