Hybrid Supervising Social Worker – Fostering (Worcester)

Compass Fostering is seeking a knowledgeable Supervising Social Worker to join our team. Your office base will be Worcester and you will cover a caseload across West Midlands with hybrid working, combining office and home visits to carers.

We are looking for an SW with SWE registration, strong reflective practice, and the ability to manage a caseload of about 13 fostering families, providing wrap‑around support, on‑call cover, and ongoing development within a supportive organisation.
