Senior FM General Manager – Higher Education, Multi-Site

Fusion People is seeking a General Manager for FM in Higher Education, predominantly based at the main campus in Ealing with responsibility for Reading and Oxford satellite sites. The role oversees Hard FM with awareness of Soft FM, on a large £8m contract with a 10-year framework nearing retender in 2028.

The successful candidate will demonstrate senior leadership capabilities and a track record of managing complex facilities management programmes within a higher education environment.
