Elm Tree Primary Academy, Sandwell, a new special school for autistic pupils, is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a committed team. The post is permanent with 32.5 hours per week during term time plus 5 training days. Applicants should be passionate, creative, and able to work effectively within a team to improve outcomes for children.

Salary: Band E £31,537 – £36,363 FTE (actual salary £24,824 – £28,623 + SEN Allowance £1,211 pa). Closing date 16 October 2026.
