Overview
As a Senior Fire, Health, and Safety Consultant, you will lead client-facing risk, fire, health and safety projects across commercial and residential settings. You will design and implement robust management systems, conduct inspections and audits, and manage client relationships to deliver work on time and budget. You will mentor junior consultants and collaborate with the team to ensure safe, compliant site delivery. This role offers a chance to shape safety standards across high-profile environments and work with a growing consultancy.

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical H&S and fire risk consultancy to a diverse client base
- Lead design and implementation of complex H&S management systems, inspections and audits
- Manage client relationships, respond to requests for work and proposals, support project delivery within time and budget
- Produce high-quality reports and recommendations aligned with current legislation and best practice
- Mentor junior consultants and promote safe, compliant site delivery
Key requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety (or equivalent)
- Recognised fire safety memberships (e.g., AIFireE, MIFireE, GIFireE, MIFSM or MIFPO) or willingness to apply/register on fire risk assessor registers (IFSM, FRACS, IFPO, IFE)
- Experience delivering fire risk assessments (FRA) in mid-high rise buildings (7m+ minimum)
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S and fire legislation and established management systems
- Strong knowledge of BS 9999 / 9997
- Full UK driving licence
