Part-Time Lead Practitioner: Community Care Leader

Cornerstone seeks a Part-time Lead Practitioner (20 hours/week) in Perth to lead and mentor Support Practitioners across our Community Support and housing services. You will ensure high quality, person-centred care while helping manage budgets and meet contractual requirements.

Role requires experience in managing people, rota coordination, and a commitment to professional standards, including SVQ Social Services & Healthcare SCQF Level 7 and PDA in management where needed.
