You will work as part of an established commercial property team, advising a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, landlords, tenants, SMEs, and corporate clients. Matters will include:

- Landlord and tenant work
- Commercial leasing
- Property development transactions
- Business sales and purchases involving property elements
- Asset management matters
- General commercial property advice

- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE)
- Experience gained within commercial property during training contract and/or post-qualification
- Strong technical and client care skills
