An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE to join an established and highly regarded Commercial Property team based in Worthing.

The successful candidate will have previous fee-earning experience in Commercial Property and will be responsible for managing their own caseload while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a busy Commercial Property practice, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and take responsibility for a varied caseload.

The Role

  • Managing your own caseload of Commercial Property matters
  • Advising clients across a broad range of commercial property transactions
  • Taking detailed instructions and progressing matters efficiently
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
  • Conducting legal research and providing clear, commercially focused advice
  • Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties
  • Liaising with members of the public, official bodies, businesses and other professionals
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and professional conduct
  • Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, regulations and developments in Commercial Property law.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous fee-earning experience in Commercial Property
  • Experience managing your own caseload
  • Previous experience working within a solicitors’ practice
  • Good knowledge of Commercial Property law and relevant rules and regulations
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • The ability to establish and develop strong client relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • The ability to absorb and process information quickly and accurately
  • Strong IT skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a supportive team
