In this role you will join a growing Glasgow building consultancy to deliver professional and project-led surveying services across Scotland and the UK. You will work with a varied client portfolio, managing multiple instructions and driving projects from scope through to completion. You will mentor junior surveyors and APC candidates while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities
- Deliver a broad range of professional and project-led building surveying services
- Manage multiple projects and professional instructions
- Client-facing project delivery and relationship management
- Contract administration and project management
- Feasibility studies, condition surveys, and due diligence
- Stock condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes
- Dilapidations and lease advisory work
- Mentor junior surveyors / APC candidates
Key requirements
- MRICS Chartered (essential)
- Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
- Consultancy experience within Building Surveying
- Ability to manage multiple projects and instructions
- Strong report writing and client-facing skills
- Comfortable traveling across the UK for project work
