Senior Building Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will support a client-focused team to deliver high-quality building survey and project management services. You will manage commissions, write specifications, and lead surveys and dilapidations across diverse projects. You’ll work in a collaborative, employee-owned firm with hybrid working and strong development support, including APC mentoring. • Design & specification writing
• Pre-acquisition surveys
• PPM and asset condition schedules
• Quality & Technical Monitoring
• Bank/Fund Monitoring
• Defects Diagnosis
• Dilapidations
• Party Wall Awards

Key requirements

• CDM / Health & Safety exposure
• Project based experience
• Ability to manage complex projects proactively
• Excellent specification writing skills
• Good knowledge of JCT Contracts
• Track record in end-to-end project management
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in a consultancy
• MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
