Overview
In this role you will lead high-quality building surveying instructions for a diverse commercial portfolio. You will balance project delivery with professional services, from refurbishments and asset repositioning to dilapidations and pre-acquisition surveys. You work closely with clients and an experienced team to enhance property assets and support long-term career development in a collaborative, people-first culture.

Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver instructions across a diverse commercial portfolio in London and the South East
- Lead refurbishment and redevelopment projects, including CAT A/B office fit-outs, up to 30m value
- Act as Contract Administrator on selected schemes
- Provide professional services: dilapidations (landlord/tenant), defect diagnosis, technical due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to strategic asset management
- Collaborate with team to drive growth and career development within the national team
Key requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a building consultancy environment
- Strong experience across both project and professional services
- Proven ability to manage multiple instructions and client relationships
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a wider team
