Responsibilities
- Run large and/or complex projects, monitor progress and expenditure, plan and manage resources
- Assist with the bid process and undertake business development activities
- Prepare and oversee designs and reports
- Undertake surveys in line with firm procedures
- Represent the firm at client meetings and presentations
- Monitor day-to-day programming and planning
- Support planning and managing resources including technical development of junior staff
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements
Key requirements
- RICS accredited degree or HND
- Strong understanding of building principles; ability to prepare plans and specifications
- Previous experience in Building Surveying
- Team player with motivation to deliver excellence
