Operations Customer Assistant – Early Morning Shifts

Marks & Spencer is recruiting a Customer Assistant in Operations. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse keeping our stores running: handling stock, loading deliveries and performing essential behind‑the‑scenes work to ensure the shop floor stays full, clean and ready for customers.

This role requires moving at pace in a physically demanding retail environment, with duties across the store as needed to support team colleagues and maintain availability.
