IT Support Apprentice — Learn & Help Staff at Top Uni

King’s College London’s IT Department is recruiting an enthusiastic apprentice to join the End User Services Desktop Team. You’ll support staff and students, deliver excellent customer service, and gain a Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship with full training.

Based at on-site TechBars and IT HUB, you’ll handle tickets, assist with devices, and learn across Windows/Mac, Microsoft 365, AV gear and more. No prior IT experience is required, just a proactive mindset and good communication.
