Asset Manager: Hybrid, UK Travel & Lifecycle Strategy

Boden Group in London is seeking an Asset Manager to support asset information, compliance and lifecycle management across a growing portfolio of FM contracts, with hybrid working and national travel.

You will maintain asset registers, conduct condition surveys, develop lifecycle replacement strategies and support contract mobilisations, reporting on data quality.

Key requirements include an engineering qualification, Hard FM and CAFM/EAM experience, and willingness to travel.
