Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major £70m Project Lead

Apple Inc. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on a major project in Suffolk. The role focuses on managing a small team of QS professionals across the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through final accounts.

You will report to directors and drive CVRs, subcontract payments, variations and final accounts on a £70m+ scheme, with a competitive package including car allowance, healthcare, and a strong pension scheme.
