Floor Layer for Social Housing — Van + 20 Days Holiday

JobsTrackR is seeking an experienced Floor Layer for Cornwall on a permanent basis. The role includes installing wet room flooring, laying various floor types in social housing, and managing your own diary.

A driving licence is required and a DBS check will be completed for the successful candidate. The position is 40 hours per week with a 12-week temp-to-perm probation and a salary of £37,440 per annum plus a van, fuel card, and 20 days holiday.
