Safety & Security Support Team Leader

Overview

As On-site VMS Team Lead, you will manage a four‑engineer team at a client site in Central London to support, configure and maintain the Genetec VMS system. You serve as the main client contact and safeguard satisfaction through KPI and SLA management. You bring deep Genetec experience and proven leadership to motivate the technical team on site. This role offers hands-on technical ownership with a strong client-facing and service-delivery focus.
