Operations Team Manager – Lean Improvement & Safety

Marshalls plc in Sittingbourne is seeking an Operations Team Manager to lead the site’s operations team, ensuring safe operation of plant and equipment, and achieving quality, waste and OEE targets.

You will manage people, run toolbox talks, implement continuous improvement and lean practices, and maintain records and non-conformance processes.

The role follows a 4 on/4 off rotating days & nights pattern, 42 hours per week, with a competitive benefits package.
