Rugby Coach – Female Pathway & Talent Development

Scottish Rugby, based in Edinburgh, is seeking a dedicated female coach for a full-time development role within the Regional Pathway and Game Development team. The position combines organising regional activities with delivering coach development, plus a structured programme to advance coaching practice and knowledge.

You will gain hands-on experience coaching within the Female National Talent Pathway while being supported to grow professionally and progress within Scottish Rugby.
