Complex Care Assistant – Overnight Support Training Growth

Advantage Healthcare in Brighton is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a young wheelchair‑bound student with spinal muscular atrophy. You will receive full training and clinical support, including PEG feed management, medication administration and moving and handling equipment.

No prior complex care experience is required, but a care background is highly advantageous. We offer free DBS, paid induction, and clear career progression within CCH/Advantage Healthcare.
