Overview

In this role you will serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders on strategic people matters and ensure delivery of our people priorities across engagement, performance and development. You will manage day-to-day delivery of the people service catalogue, including compensation, employee relations, talent and development, governance, policy and operations. You stay informed on local regulatory changes and support year-end compensation, offers and reporting. You will provide guidance on complex ER cases and collaborate with Legal, Ethics and COEs to deliver a best-in-class HR service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted partner to internal stakeholders on strategic people matters
  • Deliver day-to-day people service catalogue including compensation, ER, talent & development, governance, policy and operations
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliant execution
  • Lead year-end compensation planning, offers, internal promotions, and ad hoc reporting
  • Advise on sensitive ER cases and coordinate with Legal, investigative unit and Ethics Office
  • Collaborate with Global Talent & Development Leads, managers, and EU Talent Acquisition on recruitment and development
  • Work with EU People Governance COE to ensure compliance and update policies
  • Coach managers on performance and conduct, support redundancy consultations, succession planning and international transfers
  • Provide data analysis, summarize results and propose recommendations
  • Operate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated services
  • No direct management responsibilities; may guide People Advisors

Key requirements

  • Progressive HR experience with knowledge of technical and legal aspects of Human Resources
  • Broad experience across HR/People Team functions
  • Experience in talent management, organizational design, change management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, or total rewards planning
  • Hands-on role with collaboration across COEs (Reward, Recruitment, ER, International Mobility)
  • Coaching and advisory capability for managers on performance and conduct
