Overview
In this role you will support the rapid growth of clinical activities by managing site relationships and driving feasibility efforts in the UK and Hungary. You will work within the Clinical Operations team to shape site networks, expedite feasibility, and guide study start-up. Responsibilities
- Support sites with ongoing relationship management and future business opportunities
- Plan and execute site contact and follow-up strategies
- Assist management with feasibility, site selection, and study start-up
- Act as a site relations partner, maintaining chlorinated relationships within assigned country
- Conduct/expedite feasibility activities and align sites with studies or therapeutic areas
- Research site landscape, including KOL presence, site capabilities, and local medical practices
- Develop and maintain preferred site networks and master CDAs, and coordinate with network directors
- Perform regular site performance reviews to ensure quality study delivery
- Serve as escalation point for site-related issues and provide project team updates
- Contribute to process improvements for feasibility activities
- Coordinate site qualifications, audits prep, and related duties as assigned
Key requirements
- Bachelor of Science in health-related field
- Minimum 1 year of site and clinical trials experience
- CRA experience is an asset
- Knowledge of drug development, clinical trial management, and GCP preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical patient management preferred
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
